Xaar 75mg contains pregabalin, an analogue of the neurotransmitter GABA used to manage neuropathic pain. It works by binding to calcium channels in the central nervous system, reducing the release of neurotransmitters involved in pain signaling. It is used to treat nerve pain from various conditions and fibromyalgia.

Management of neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and postherpetic neuralgia.
