Xavor Diu Forte 100 and 25mg is losartan and hydrochlorothiazide for hypertension. Take once daily. Pack of 10 tablets.

Treatment of hypertension in adults.

Losartan potassium 100mg and Hydrochlorothiazide 25mg per tablet.

Contraindicated in pregnancy. Monitor potassium. Do not use for initial therapy unless prescribed.

Dizziness, fatigue, hypokalemia, hyperuricemia.
