Triamcinolone acetonide belongs to a class of drugs called corticosteroids, which help to relieve itching, burning, inflammation and allergic effects. Neomycin and gramicidin are antibiotics. They kill the bacteria that may be causing the infection in your ear. Nystatin is an antifungal drug. It is used to kill any fungi that may be present or that may grow when antibiotics are being used.

Warnings
If it is nearly time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and use your next dose at the usual time. Otherwise, use the missed dose as soon as you remember. Avoid use two doses at the same time.
You must tell your physician if you have recently had any infections with herpes simplex, chicken pox or tuberculosis, or any other recent infections .
You must tell your physician if you have dizziness or any problems with hearing .
Side Effects
• New itchiness or redness in areas where you apply these drops • Hearing difficulty • Damage to the ear drums • Slow wound healing • Disturbances of metabolism.
Storage Instructions
Store in a refrigerator (2°C–8°C). Do not Freeze .
