Xiga Met 5/850mg is dapagliflozin 5mg and metformin 850mg for type 2 diabetes. Usually one tablet twice daily with meals. Pack of 14 tablets.

Treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Dapagliflozin 5mg and Metformin hydrochloride 850mg per tablet.

Contraindicated in severe renal impairment. Risk of lactic acidosis. Not for type 1 diabetes.

Urinary and genital infections, nausea, diarrhea. Rare: lactic acidosis, ketoacidosis.

Store below 25C in a dry place.
