Xiga Met Xr 5/1000 mg Tab contain dapagliflozin 5mg and metformin 1000mg extended-release (SGLT2 inhibitor and antidiabetic) for type 2 diabetes as prescribed. Take as directed; usually one tablet once daily. Prescription only.
