Aspirin 135mg tablets for cardiovascular prevention.
Zeespa (135mg) contains aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) in low dose for cardiovascular prevention. The 135mg strength may be used for antiplatelet effect. Take once daily as directed; take with or after food to reduce gastric upset.
Purpose
Secondary prevention of cardiovascular events in patients at risk when prescribed.
Ingredients
Aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) 135mg per tablet.
Warnings
Contraindicated in active peptic ulcer and aspirin-sensitive asthma. Increased bleeding risk. Not for use in third trimester of pregnancy.
Side Effects
Gastrointestinal discomfort, bleeding risk, rash. Rare: bronchospasm in aspirin-sensitive patients. Report unusual bleeding or black stools.
