Quetiapine 300mg extended-release for schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
Ziapine Xr 300mg contains quetiapine in extended-release formulation, an atypical antipsychotic. It is used for schizophrenia, bipolar I disorder (mania and depression), and as adjunctive treatment for major depressive disorder. The XR formulation allows once-daily dosing, preferably in the evening. Swallow whole; do not split, crush, or chew. Pack of 10 tablets.

Ingredients
Quetiapine (as fumarate) 300mg extended-release per tablet.
Warnings
May cause drowsiness; avoid driving until you know how it affects you. Risk of metabolic syndrome; monitor glucose and lipids. Do not stop abruptly. Not for dementia-related psychosis (increased mortality in elderly). Swallow whole.

Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, weight gain, metabolic changes. Risk of sedation and orthostatic hypotension.
