Ziscar (5mg) 14 Tablets
Rosuvastatin 5mg tablets for high cholesterol.
Ziscar (5mg) 14 Tablets contains rosuvastatin, an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor for high cholesterol. The 5mg strength is for initiation or maintenance. Take once daily at any time; may be taken with or without food.
Purpose
Treatment of hypercholesterolaemia and mixed dyslipidaemia; reduction of cardiovascular risk in indicated patients.
Ingredients
Rosuvastatin calcium equivalent to 5mg rosuvastatin per tablet.
Warnings
Contraindicated in active liver disease and pregnancy. Caution with fibrates. Report muscle symptoms or signs of liver dysfunction.
Side Effects
Headache, myalgia, abdominal pain, nausea. Rare: myopathy, rhabdomyolysis. Report unexplained muscle pain or weakness.

Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep in original pack; protect from moisture.
