Alendronate 0.5mg (5mg or 70mg) for osteoporosis.
Bone Care 0.5mg contains alendronate or similar bisphosphonate for osteoporosis. Take once weekly on empty stomach with full glass of water. Pack of 10 tablets.
Purpose
Treatment of osteoporosis to reduce fracture risk.
Ingredients
Alendronate (as sodium) or equivalent bisphosphonate; strength as per pack.
Warnings
Take on empty stomach with full glass of water. Remain upright for 30 minutes. Do not use if esophageal disorders or unable to sit upright. Report jaw pain or dental problems.
Side Effects
Esophageal irritation, nausea, musculoskeletal pain. Rare: osteonecrosis of jaw. Take with full glass of water and remain upright.
