Pororo Bandage Assorted is a topical first-aid adhesive dressing featuring child-friendly character designs, intended for the protection of minor superficial wounds. It works by providing a sterile, physical barrier over minor cuts, scrapes, or abrasions, preventing the entry of environmental contaminants and opportunistic bacteria into the broken skin. The central absorbent pad wicks away minor localized exudate while maintaining an optimal microenvironment that facilitates natural epidermal healing without adhering directly to the wound bed.

Purpose

To cover and protect minor superficial cuts, scrapes, abrasions, and puncture wounds during the natural healing process.

Adhesive Bandage, Sterile Absorbent Pad

Warnings

Cleanse and dry the wound area thoroughly with an appropriate antiseptic before applying the bandage to prevent sealing in bacteria. Change the bandage daily, or more frequently if the pad becomes visibly wet, soiled, or loses its adhesive grip. For external superficial use only; do not apply over deep, heavily bleeding puncture wounds or actively infected skin lesions. Discontinue use if the skin surrounding the wound develops excessive redness, itching, or signs of an adhesive allergy.

Side Effects

Highly safe for general topical use with virtually no risk of systemic side effects. Mild, localized contact dermatitis or skin irritation caused by the adhesive material in individuals with sensitive skin. Maceration (whitening and softening) of the surrounding healthy skin if left on while wet for extended periods. Pain or temporary pulling of fine body hair upon removal of the adhesive strip.
