Voltral 1% Emulgel contains Diclofenac Diethylamine, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) applied topically to relieve pain and inflammation. It works by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis at the site of application, helping to reduce swelling, stiffness and localized pain. It is commonly used for muscle strains, sprains, joint pain and other minor musculoskeletal injuries. Intended for external use only on intact skin.

Warnings

For external use only; avoid contact with eyes, mouth and mucous membranes. Do not apply to broken or infected skin. Not recommended during the last trimester of pregnancy or for prolonged use without medical advice. Avoid exposure of treated skin to sunlight, and consult a doctor if you have a history of NSAID allergy, asthma or gastrointestinal ulcers.

Side Effects

May cause local skin reactions such as redness, itching, burning or dermatitis at the application site. Photosensitivity reactions can occur with sun exposure. Rarely, systemic absorption may cause gastrointestinal discomfort or allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.
