I Pill 100mg contains Sildenafil (as citrate), a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction in adult men. It works by increasing blood flow to the penis in response to sexual stimulation, helping to achieve and maintain an erection. It is taken as needed, typically 30-60 minutes before sexual activity. It does not protect against sexually transmitted infections and does not increase sexual desire on its own.

Warnings

Prescription medicine; must not be taken with nitrates or recreational drugs containing nitrates due to risk of severe low blood pressure. Use with caution in patients with heart disease, low blood pressure, or a history of stroke. Not intended for use by women or children. Consult a doctor before use if taking alpha-blockers or other blood pressure medications.

Side Effects

Common side effects include headache, flushing, indigestion, nasal congestion and dizziness. Less commonly, it may cause visual disturbances or hearing loss. Seek immediate medical attention for an erection lasting longer than 4 hours (priapism) or sudden vision or hearing loss.
