Viodolml (100 Injection / Pack) contains Tramadol Hydrochloride, a centrally acting, high-potency synthetic opioid analgesic formulated for intravenous or intramuscular injection to manage moderate-to-severe acute pain. It exerts its analgesic action via a dual mechanism: binding selectively to mu ($\mu$) opioid receptors in the central nervous system, and simultaneously inhibiting the neuronal reuptake of norepinephrine and serotonin to interrupt ascending nociceptive pathways.

Purpose

Binds central mu-opioid receptors and inhibits serotonin/norepinephrine reuptake to block acute pain transmission.

Tramadol Hydrochloride 50mg/ml (or standard concentration)

Warnings

Intravenous administration must be executed slowly over a minimum of 2–3 minutes; rapid injection can induce immediate severe vomiting and respiratory depression. Carries significant risks of psychological dependence, abuse, and respiratory depression; administer strictly under continuous clinical oversight. Can lower the seizure threshold; completely contraindicated in patients with a history of epilepsy or those taking concurrent tricyclic antidepressants. Strongly avoid the concurrent use of alcohol or other central nervous system depressants, which can trigger life-threatening sedation and coma.

Side Effects

Marked central somnolence, heavy drowsiness, daytime sedation, or localized dizziness and vertigo. Gastrointestinal changes including acute nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, or persistent post-injection constipation. Increased sweating (diaphoresis), low-grade frontal headache, or a brief sensation of orthostatic hypotension. Rare localized injection site irritation, transient chemical vein burning, or superficial skin flushing.
