Silagro 100mg contains Sildenafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction in adult men. It works by increasing blood flow to the penis in response to sexual stimulation, helping to achieve and maintain an erection. Silagro is taken as needed, typically 30-60 minutes before sexual activity. It does not protect against sexually transmitted infections and does not increase sexual desire on its own.

Side Effects
